Roger has always been a big video games fan so he decided it was finally time to buy a VR headset. He saw all these boxes for VR headsets but he wanted one that was special so he looked around for awhile and saw a lot of different boxes but none really stood out until he looked on the top shelf. There was a box that from where Roger was standing looked the same as the others but when he tried grabbing it the box was Ten times bigger than all the other boxes but finally after getting it off the shelf he saw that the headset came with a bodysuit, gloves, and boots, everything had Video Game I R L labeled all over it he looked at the price and almost fainted. ” 5 THOUSAND DOLLARS?!! He yelled he had some money saved up for this kind of thing but 5 grand was a little much but after a long hard 5 seconds of thinking he bought the only one on stock and drove home.
Once he arrived home he set everything up put on the suit gloves and boots and was ready to play this game called “Video Game I R L” he stepped onto the pad and put the headset on everything was pitch black until a popup popped in front of Roger. The fine print was to small to read so just thinking it was part of the game he pressed accept. ” By pressing ACCEPT on this popup you will lose all the strength you gained in the past 20 years as well with the stamina. And be Rewarded with 50 stat points to put towards anything you would like. As soon as the game loaded Roger heard birds chirpings and he could feel the wind breeze in his hair.
In Front of him was a sign that told him to touch his shoulder he did and once his finger left his shoulder he saw a floating menu that read “STAT POINTS”
